Each piece explores the colors, textures, and simple beauty of the shoreline while bringing a contemporary approach through expressive brushwork, layered paint, and flowing drips. We'd carefully break them open to see the tiny shapes inside, and that memory has stayed with me ever since.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis is the first sand dollar I’ve painted. I kept it simple and let the textures, soft blues, and drips reflect the feeling of finding one along the shore.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eOcean Spiral 36\" x 36\"\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe shoreline is full of shapes and patterns that catch my attention. The nautilus shell has an incredible sense of balance, with every curve leading naturally into the next.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFor this piece, I followed those natural lines, using soft coastal colors and loose paint to create a sense of movement.
